Role Overview:
Dunya Media Group is a leading Media House of Pakistan with its operations in Pakistan, UAE, UK and USA. We are looking for a Senior Talent acquisition Specialist to act as our liaison with universities and other institutions for the recruitment of fresh graduates. The suitable candidate will be responsible to attend career fairs, colleges, and universities for the selection of the resources and their onward training
Job Description:
· To Attend college career fairs, interact with resources and promote our employer brand.
· To Attend Colleges and Universities for the selection of resources
· Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities and design the recruitment process and strategies.
· Contact university career counselors and provide informative materials about our recruitment programs.
· Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event, including number of candidates interviewed and recruited for the required role.
· Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions.
Requirements:
· A Master’s degree in Business administration or relevant subject.
· A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, and training or in similar role.
· Sound understanding of the recruitment process and excellent networking abilities with the universities career service office.
· Excellent English and Urdu communication skills as well as training skills
