Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of ‘Senior Officer – Data Support’ based at Rawalpindi.
Job Responsibilities:
· Reports to senior management, coordination with finance team and perform secretarial & administrative duties
· Data collection from the concerned authorities and health facilities (public and private sector)
· Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations
· Responsible for data entry, maintain databases and keep data records updated
· Liaising with internal and external departments, data collection, visit to the health facilities of the intervention area
· Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the supervisor
· Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required
· Schedule meetings and record minutes of the meetings and follow up on action items
· Maintain program documentation
· Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Intermediate or bachelor’s degree (preferably Bachelors)
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong command on MS Office
