Greenstar Social Marketing Guarantee Limited Jobs Consultant Monitoring & Evaluation:
Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of Consultant – Monitoring & Evaluation based at Karachi.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and supervise baseline and endline tools for the projects
- Develop data recording and reporting tools for both projects after reviewing Results-based Management Accountability Framework (RMAF)
- Prepare data flow of activities and track, monitor and analyze monthly data
- Develop Interpersonal Communication (IPC) monitoring tool
- Advise on research publications for both at international and local level
- Develop quality assurance & training (QA&T) checklists
- Supervise and facilitate focus group dialogues (FDGs) and community gatherings
- Connect Greenstar with local educational institutes and academic students in intervention areas
Knowledge and Experience:
- Degree in medicine / any other health related field. MBA/MPH will be given preference
- Must have at least 3 years of research/surveys related within inhouse and outsource organization
- Must have minimum 5 years of experience in Health Project Management/Management in the sector of Sexual and Reproductive Health is preferable. Field experience is preferred
