LOCATION :Quetta, Balochistan
QUALIFICATION : Masters from HEC recognized institute
EXPERIENCE :Having 6 – 10 years of relevant experience of working in banking industry on the business side at senior level position.
DESIRED SKILLS
• To lead and train area managers/team towards sustainable success and to ensure that growth rates are achieved by each branch in terms of deposit and profit.
• To develop, alter and innovate marketing strategies with a view to cater with ever changing economic conditions.
• Consistent followup with branches for development of core marketing portfolio in their areas.
• To achieve management assigned targets and goals.
• To ensure that bank’s and regulator’s policy/regulations are followed and implemented accordingly.
