Position: Process Engineering Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead project screening, concept development, feasibility, and FEED studies.
- Develop and review process deliverables, including H&MB, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, etc.
- Prepare business cases and board presentations to support FID approvals.
- Develop and manage RFP/ITB packages for consultants, technology suppliers, and contractors.
- Conduct technology assessments and technical bid evaluations for vendor selection.
- Act as a technical interface with licensors, vendors, EPC contractors, and consultants.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institute.
- 9+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably with major operators or EPC firms.
- Project Management experience in Middle East with Operator, EPC or FEED contractors will be preferred.
- Proficiency in Aspen Suite; its certification is an advantage.
- Strong expertise in conceptual engineering, FEED, process simulation and equipment sizing.
- Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional coordination skills; with flexibility of travelling.
