Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food science & technology or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production processes for various spices, spice powders, blended spices, and seasoning products.
- Ensure accurate formulation, recipe adherence, batch consistency, and compliance with approved product specifications.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain batch manufacturing records, production logs, cleaning records, and traceability documentation.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Planning teams for timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Monitor product quality, investigate quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant production experience in FMCG food manufacturing, preferably with hands-on experience in spice processing and manufacturing.
- Proven experience in production planning, manpower management, cost control, and process optimization.
- Strong technical knowledge of spice manufacturing processes.
- Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety systems, and manufacturing SOPs.
