Position: Sr.AM Finishing (Apparel)
Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that garments meet quality standard.
- To ensure that garments are properly finished.
- To ensure that garments are ready for shipment.
- Lead and manage a team of finishing supervisor, packing supervisor and workers.
- Provide guidance to team members to meet quality and production targets.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks at regular stages, addressing defects and ensuring consistent quality.
- Overseeing the final finishing processes which may include ironing, pressing, folding, packaging and labeling.
- Maintain accurate records of finished garments and manage inventory levels.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of finished goods.
- Plan and allocate resources, including manpower and equipment to meet production demands.
- Continuously seek opportunity to improve finishing processed, streamline workflow’s, and reduce waste.

Education / Experience:
- FA/BA. or equivalent degree.
- 5-6 years of experience in Apparel,
