Position: Area Manager – Sales and Marketing (Gujrat)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver sales, volume, margin, and profitability targets for fuel, lubricants, and non-fuel businesses within the assigned territory.
- Manage retail outlet operations, ensuring excellent customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and overall site performance.
- Conduct HSE audits, ensure compliance with safety standards, and promote a strong safety culture across all assigned sites.
- Handle site management activities, including leases, agreements, NOCs, reporting, and coordination with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
- Drive network expansion and optimization through market analysis, site performance improvements, allied business development, and network investment/divestment decisions.
QUALIFICATION:
- MBA (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field).
- 4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Retail Operations, or Territory Management.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the OMC, FMCG, or Retail sector will be an advantage

Position: Regional Manager- Sales & Marketing (Peshawar)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily regional operations, including fuel storage, distribution, inventory management, and overall site performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, fuel quality, and company operational standards through regular audits and inspections.
- Drive regional sales and profitability by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, analyzing market trends.
- Manage regional budgets, operational costs, customer service standards, and stakeholder relationships to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Zone Managers, Back Office, and COCO site teams by setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and fostering accountability and collaboration.
QUALIFICATION:
- MBA (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field)..
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in sales, operations, or retail network management, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
