DKT Pakistan is seeking experienced and results-driven professionals to join our Consumer Sales team as Area Sales Manager in:

Karachi
Islamabad

The selected candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening distributor relationships, expanding market coverage, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies within their assigned territories.

We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Managers to lead territory sales operations, drive business growth, and strengthen distributor partnerships. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies, and leading high-performing field teams.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of Sales Officers and field teams.
Manage distributor relationships and ensure sustainable business growth.
Expand market coverage and improve outlet productivity.
Ensure effective implementation of company sales policies and trade programs.
Monitor stock availability, distribution efficiency, and merchandising standards.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews to drive execution excellence.
Ensure timely reporting and effective sales monitoring through available systems and tools.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in FMCG/Consumer Healthcare or related industries.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in territory planning, distributor management, and market development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
