Muller & Phipps Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking to onboard ‘Sales & Distribution Manager‘ for our Consumer Division, in Multan & Peshawar.
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 8 to 10 years of woking experience in any FMCG company
Job Description:
- Achieve agreed sales targets in volume and value, with emphasis on high-margin products to enhance profitability.
- Lead and manage the sales team to drive business growth and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with principals to ensure smooth operations and effective execution of assigned projects.
- Monitor key business health KPIs, including profitability, expansion, team motivation, and stakeholder relationships.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather intelligence and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Review team performance daily, share insights from previous results, and set objectives aligned with targets.
- Maintain stock levels as per agreed norms, manage aged inventory, and minimize damaged stock within acceptable limits.
- Ensure proper credit utilization and assign credit only to approved customers.
- Collaborate on initiatives related to product penetration, receivables analysis, expense control, and inventory management.
- Report any malpractice or discrepancies to senior management promptly
