CAREER OPPORTUNITIES: Applications are invited from qualified candidates for the following positions at the Hyderabad Institute for Technology & Management Sciences (HITMS) under the HEC funded project titled “Establishment of Federal Institute at Hyderabad.” The appointments will initially be made for a period of three (03) years and likely to be continue.
Post — No. of Post(s) — Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
Controller of Examinations (BPS-20) (tenure post for three (03) year) (01)
Qualification: At least a Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized higher education institution, with no third division in the academic career. Preference will be given to highly qualified candidates.
Maximum age limit: 45 years
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the Examination Department of a university, with adequate computer proficiency required to effectively manage the department.
Assistant Professor (BPS-19) (03)
Qualification: Ph.D in the computer Science, software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Information Technology from HEC recognized Higher education Institution in consultation with accreditation body with no 3rd. division in the academic career.
Maximum age limit: 45 years
Experience: Candidates having 1-2 years Teaching / Research experience may be given preference.
Lecturer (BPS-18) (03)
Master’s Degree equivalent to 18 Years Education with 3.0 CGPA in computer Science, software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Information Technology from HEC recognized Higher education Institution in consultation with accreditation body with no 3rd division in the academic career.
Maximum age limit: 35 years
Experience: Candidates having 1-2 years Teaching / Research experience may be given preference.
Assistant Director, QEC (BPS-17) (01)
Qualification: Preferably a First-Class Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC, with no 3rd division in the academic career.
Maximum age limit: 35 years
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates having experience in quality assurance, particularly in a university or higher education institution, with sound knowledge of the semester system, QEC standards and procedures, and HEC quality assurance policies and guidelines.
Personal Secretary to the Rector (BPS-17) (01)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC, with no 3rd division in the academic career.
Maximum age limit: 35 years
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English and have experience working as a Personal Secretary in the office of any University/Institute or other senior executive, with sound knowledge of office administration and executive support.
Assistant Director Accounts (BPS-7) Project Management Unit (PMU) Contractual (2 years) (01)
Qualification: At least 16 years Education 2nd Class BS/BBA/MBA(Finance) from HEC recognized University/ Institution. Additional qualification (ACCA/ICMA/CMA (article ship completed) will be Given due weightage.
Maximum age limit: 35 years
Experience:
At least two years’ experience audit, finance and account in Government sector or in a reputable firm. having sound knowledge of modern accounting principles, public sector / Government financial rules, audit and procedures. Candidate must possess excellent command of accounting software.
Lab Instructor (BPS-16) (06)
Qualification:
BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, /AI/Cyber Security/Information Technology/Data Science from HEC-recognized university/degree-awarding institute.
Maximum age limit: 35 years
Experience:
reference will be given to candidates who have experience in managing, troubleshooting and teaching Lab Based courses in higher education institutes

The completed application form, along with a Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) as the application processing fee in favor of Hyderabad Institute for Technology & Management Sciences (HITMS), should be submitted with all required documents. Applications must reach the Office of the Registrar, Hyderabad Institute for Technology & Management Sciences (HITMS), Daman-e-Kohsar, Latifabad, Hyderabad, within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.
- Candidates shall submit one copy of their bio-data/CV along with attested copies of educational degrees, certificates, one recent passport-size photograph, and research publications (where applicable), properly bound.
- Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel.
- Qualification and experience shall be determined as of the closing date for submission of applications.
