Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute YouTube content strategies to drive audience growth, engagement, watch time, and revenue.
- Optimize video performance through SEO, metadata, thumbnails, titles, playlists, and publishing strategies.
- Analyze YouTube Analytics and audience insights to improve content performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead content quality by collaborating with producers, editors, and designers to ensure engaging, high-quality storytelling.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional digital content teams while driving innovation and operational excellence.
- Leverage AI tools, emerging trends, and platform updates to enhance content strategy and production efficiency.
Key Competencies & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience leading YouTube channels, digital media platforms, or entertainment brands with proven audience and revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, YouTube SEO, CTR optimization, audience retention, and platform monetization.
- Proven leadership, team management, and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional creative teams.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate data into actionable content strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital storytelling, content packaging, audience psychology, and AI-powered content creation tools.
