DM-After-Sales (Service Marketing & Planning)
Join our team.
Looking for an experienced candidate to be responsible for After-Sales Marketing activities, launching new programs and executing campaigns to promote After-Sales through conventional and social media advertisement. The candidate should be capable of designing effective service campaigns and be primarily responsible for developing annual After-Sales Marketing Plan to strengthen the brand image, enhance customer experience, achieve dealership business targets and service potential. The candidate must be familiar with graphic designing, marketing research and analytical tools for business analysis.
Qualification:
- MBA (Majors in Marketing) / BSc / BE Mechanical
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years experience in OEM After-Sales Operations (preferably from the automotive sector)
- Excellent analytical & communication skills (report writing, presentation)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
