Roots International Schools & Colleges (RISC) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead one of our campuses in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the academic and operational management of the campus.
- Ensure excellence in teaching, learning, and curriculum implementation.
- Mentor and supervise faculty and administrative staff.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centred school culture.
- Manage admissions, student affairs, and parent engagement.
- Drive continuous school improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Principal, Head of School, or senior academic leader.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of national and international curricula.
- Commitment to academic excellence and holistic student development.
