QUALIFICATION : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance.
- Design and administer surveys to gather relevant data, ensuring survey accuracy and reliability.
- Clean, validate, and transform data to ensure data integrity and usability.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis.
- Develop data visualizations to effectively communicate insights.
- Collaborate with individuals and teams within and across departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings, highlighting actionable recommendations.
- Maintain and update databases, data repositories, and tracking systems to ensure accurate and accessible records.
- Stay abreast of emerging tools, techniques, and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
- Support the research and development team.
SKILLS
- Good grasp of data visualization and ability to write effective reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and querying.
- Working knowledge of at least one statistical programming language or tool (e.g., Python, R, SPSS, Stata).
- Experience with web-based reporting or interactive dashboard development (e.g., HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with survey design platforms such as SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, or Qualtrics.
- Familiarity with dashboard development and experience with Google Data Studio/Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
