Qualifications & Experience: B.Sc. / BE (Mechanical Engineering) from PEC recognized university with Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas sector / EPC company, designing piping and process equipment.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- To prepare budgetary costs estimates & perform design calculations as per relevant industrial codes and best practices.
- To prepare Material take off lists & Scope of Work (SOW) for Contractor & to review & check drawings, estimates & material lists submitted by the contractors.
- To prepare / review & approve drawings for all mechanical jobs prepared by draftsmen.
- To prepare, review and update Standard Specifications for various Mechanical Jobs.
- To provide guidance and assistance to the contractors.
- Coordinate/ attend Site visits / review meetings during execution of jobs.
- To ensure that as-built data is incorporated into Engineering drawings and record.
- Candidate should have good knowledge of API and ASME codes.
- Good Communication, interpersonal and team skills.
