Feroze1888 Mills Limited is seeking an experienced Manager Powerhouse to lead Powerhouse operations and maintenance of boilers, generators, and wind turbine systems. Lead all modification, erection, commissioning, and project execution activities with optimal resource utilization.
About the Role:
Lead wind turbine operations, maintenance, and project execution including erection and commissioning.
Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance; implement corrective actions.
Ensure uninterrupted operations of boilers (gas-fired & WHRB), engines, generators, and wind turbines (mandatory).
Plan and execute preventive maintenance for all utilities and allied equipment.
Manage breakdowns and ensure quick troubleshooting with minimum downtime.
Control steam/electricity generation, fuel consumption, and condensate recovery as per targets.
Drive cost optimization, process improvements, and technology adoption.
Ensure availability of spares and effective inventory management.
Maintain HSE standards and ensure compliance with zero audit non-conformities.
Oversee reporting (generation, consumption, maintenance, and manpower utilization).
Qualification & Experience:
B.E / BS / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with hands-on experience in wind turbine operations & project execution (mandatory)
