𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 – 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive for International Brand at warehouse in Korangi, Karachi o deliver exceptional customer service to international clients by handling queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably handling international clients
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Handle customer inquiries (email, chat, calls) from international clients in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain clear and professional communication in English (written and verbal)
- Track and update customer interactions in the system (CRM/ERP)
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse) to resolve customer concerns
- Ensure all queries are responded to within defined service timelines
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and feedback
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
