Position: HR GENERALIST – OPERATIONS
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Support the HR department and business units in implementing HR policies & procedures across the organization.
- Manage HRIS data accuracy and reporting.
- Oversee payroll accuracy by coordinating and validating attendance, overtime, and leave data prior to processing.
- Oversee administration of employee benefits, including EOBI, social security, and insurance schemes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR queries and resolving workplace concerns.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR systems and digital solutions to enhance HR operations and improve process efficiency.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
- Coordinate with department heads to handle daily HR matters, ensure smooth HR operations, and maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Support the employee exit process by conducting exit interviews and ensuring accurate and timely final settlements in compliance with company policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resource Management.
- 4-5 years of experience in textile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
- Employee relations and grievance handling skills.

WASHING SUPERVISOR – BULK PRODUCTION DIVISION – APPAREL
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Recording and analyzing production data in SAP for washing, including cut, stitch, wash, finish and dispatch processes.
- Handling washing costing procedures with precision and efficiency.
- Machine-wise production planning, bottleneck analysis, and SOP development as assigned by management.
- Excelling in fast-paced environments while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric / Intermediate.
- 3-4 year of washing experience, preferably in textile industry.
- Washing process knowledge.
- Garments Washing technique.
- Machine wise production planning & Line balancing.
