Job title: Head of Retail Trading Desk – South
Location: Head Office
The Head of Retail Trading Desk oversees all brokerage trading activities, ensuring efficient execution, managing risk, maintaining compliance, and driving revenue. The role also includes leading the trading team, managing client relationships, and improving trading systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trading Operations Management
Supervise and manage daily trading activities across equities, fixed income, and other asset classes (as required).
Ensure best execution, optimize trade flow, and monitor market trends, liquidity, and pricing. - Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, develop the trading desk team, and set performance targets.
KPIs for traders, Foster a high-performance, ethical, and compliant trading culture. - Risk Management
Oversee trading limits, exposures, and risk parameters.
Coordinate with Risk and Compliance to ensure adherence to policies and regulations. - Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with clients & Support sales teams in trade execution.
Address client queries related to trade execution and market insights.

Requirements: At least a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred. 8-10 Years’ experience
Required: Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
Must be aware of Technical Trading and Risk Management.
