WE ARE HIRING: MANAGER FINANCE & ACCOUNTS

SITARA CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES LIMITED, a professionally managed and the largest chemical complex in Pakistan.

A competent, result-driven professional to lead our Accounts & Finance function and ensure robust financial governance and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end financial accounting and reporting, ensuring timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with applicable IFRS, Companies Act 2017 requirements.
Handle taxation matters including income tax, sales tax, provincial sales tax on services, and coordination with tax authorities and consultants.
Manage banking relationships, cash flow planning, working capital management, and financial arrangements.
Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring implementation of audit recommendations
Strengthen and monitor internal controls, risk management processes, and SOP compliance
Prepare and present management reports and financial insights to senior leadership

Key Requirements:

Qualified CA / ACMA
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managerial role, preferably within Chemical manufacturing sector.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage banking operations, financial arrangements and statutory compliance.
Strong command over financial management, reporting standards, and applicable regulatory frameworks
Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive efficiency and maintain internal controls.
