Position: Delivery Manager
Location: Lahore
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in delivery, logistics or operations management, preferably food retail industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage and supervise delivery staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and training.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and customer service protocols.
- Coordinate with operations and store teams to streamline dispatch and delivery processes.
- Monitor delivery performance metrics and implement improvements for efficiency and cost control.
