Job Overview:
Herbion is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage front desk activities and maintain a welcoming environment
- Coordinate with different departments when required
- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage
