WE ARE HIRING! Field Manager – Karachi
Otsuka Pakistan Limited is a research based, Japanese Multinational Pharmaceutical Company, with leadership position in intravenous infusions and specialized clinical nutrition market. To further strengthen our sales force and drive business growth, we are seeking experienced and result-oriented candidates for the Field Manager – Karachi role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Sales Representatives.
- Execute strategic sales plans and promotional activities.
- Ensure strong collaboration with internal cross-functional teams.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Job Details:
- Location: Karachi
- Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Experience: 4 to 5 years experience in reputable National / Multinational Pharma company.
