Job Title: CTP Machine Operator
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the Printing and Packaging Industry.
Education:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plate making and processing for printing operations.
- Operation, maintenance, and cleaning of the CTP machine.
- Inspection of plate quality, including screen, scum, dot, LPI, and DPI.
- Execution of the complete plate-making process, including material loading, plate processing, and ensuring accurate output.
- Monitoring and controlling scum formation on plates, with proactive corrective measures.
- Coordination with the prepress team to resolve quality issues and ensure optimal plate output.
