We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Apparel team who have expertise in Sewing Quality. This role is crucial for driving our business forward and establishing benchmarks that align with the best industry practices.
The primary areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate are:
- Lead the quality team to conduct audits, inline inspections, and testing to identify and resolve issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and product reliability.
- Collaborate with Production, R&D, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with customer representatives to understand and implement product requirements and specifications.
- Ensure products meet approved samples and customer requirements throughout all production stages.
- Develop and implement SOPs for production and preparatory processes to maintain quality at each stage of sewing.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines while managing workflow according to shipment plans.
- Conduct regular meetings with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide technical guidance to staff on standards, documentation, and customer requirements.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement areas.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile or in a related field.
- 10 – 15 years of experience in Quality Sewing.
- Strong knowledge of Sewing Quality Standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
