Position: Assistant Manager Finance (Planning & Analysis)
Location: Lahore
FonGrow Pvt. Limited is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Finance (Planning & Analysis) to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for business decision-making
- Monitor financial performance and identify variances against budgets
- Develop financial models and reports for management
- Support cost control initiatives and efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with different departments for financial data and reporting
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification (ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent) will be preferred
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
