Leads the overall maintenance strategy to improve machine efficiency, reduce downtime, and support production needs. It drives preventive and predictive maintenance, conducts RCA for breakdowns, and implements modern maintenance and digital tracking systems. The position manages complete machine asset records, presents performance insights, and works closely with production to support sewing efficiency and technology upgrades. It also involves leading and developing multi-site maintenance teams.
- Experience: 8 – 9 years in the Garments/Textile Industry
- Location: Korangi Industrial Area Karachi, Pakistan
- Skills: Sewing machinery management, preventive/ predictive maintenance, digital reporting.
- Machines Expertise: Pocket Hemming, Auto Spreaders, J Stitch, Pocket Welt, Loop Attach, Eyelet Brother, Pocket Setter.
