Job Specifications and Duties:
- Lead and support a team of technical support engineers to resolve connectivity and hardware issues.
- Monitor team KPIs, productivity, and shrinkage to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct coaching sessions and provide mentorship to enhance team performance.
- Manage roster adherence, shift planning, and maintain attrition within benchmarks.
- Ensure consistent service quality and timely resolution of technical issues.
