We are seeking an enthusiastic, honest, and dedicated personnel with a passion for sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a go-getter attitude to join our sales team as “Area Sales Manager (FS & TPR)” in the North Region.
EDUCATION: BBA/MBA (Sales & Marketing)
EXPERIENCE: 06-08 Years experience (preferably relevant or FMCG industry).
JOB ESSENTIALS:
- First class selling skills.
- Exceptional communication skills & negotiation ability.
- Analytical mind set and a strong go-getter attitude.
- Monitoring sales data and stay up-to-date with all competitive activities and market intelligence.
- Identifying new customers and drive business expansion.
- Identifying and create a strong loyal relationship with all decision makers.
- Sales presentations for clients showing the success and credibility of the business and its products.
- Strong leadership skills to Lead and motivate team/segment to achieve targets.
- Well-groomed and pleasing personality.
