Position: Management Trainee Officer – HR
Location: Islamabad
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment by coordinating with stakeholders to understand staff requirements and required competencies.
- Source candidates through internal databases, job portals, and headhunting while maintaining strong talent pipelines.
- Facilitate hiring managers throughout the selection process and ensure candidates meet defined job criteria.
- Conduct employment verification and background checks for prospective candidates.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and experience letters while ensuring accurate records.
- Maintain and update employee e-files in accordance with HR standards.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, attendance enrollment, and asset allocation for new joiners.
- Maintain attendance system, including duty rosters, attendance updates, and employee exit records.
- Compile and validate payroll data and coordinate with relevant teams for payroll processing.
- Manage probation evaluations and employee confirmations or extensions.
- Support HR automation initiatives and other HR projects.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BBA/MBA preferably in HR.
- Experience: Fresh – 1 year of HR experience.
