- Drive overall sales growth, revenue generation, and profitability of the assigned customer portfolio.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with business goals, market trends, and capacity planning.
- Expand business by identifying new international customers, markets, and product opportunities.
- Manage key customer relationships and lead pricing strategies and commercial negotiations.
- Achieve sales targets through effective forecasting, pipeline management, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams.
- Analyze market trends, lead and develop the sales team, and present performance reports with accurate SAP/ERP data management.
- Education: Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, BSC Textile, Design/Merchandising or related degree
- Experience: 10-12 years of experience in textile and manufacturing industry.

Position: Assistant General Manager – Marketing & Merchandising
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage a 12-month rolling forecast aligned with customer demand, capacity planning, and business objectives, ensuring regular tracking and execution.
- Lead the development of customer-centric product collections aligned with target pricing, market trends, product mix, and technical feasibility.
- Drive order recovery performance and finalize pricing strategies in coordination with BUM to ensure optimal booking, competitiveness, and margin alignment.
- Ensure product readiness by confirming all technical specifications, testing requirements, and feasibility with Production, IE, and relevant stakeholders prior to order commitment.
- Align cross-functional teams (PPC, MMC, Production) to ensure material availability, efficient sampling, cost optimization, and on-time order execution.
- Strengthen business performance through market analysis, product insights, team development, and proactive quality management to meet customer expectations.
Requirements
- Education: Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, BSC Textile, Design/Merchandising or related degree.
- Experience: 10-12 years of experience in the textile and manufacturing industry.
