The ideal candidate should have an ACMA (Qualified/Finalist) or CA-Inter qualification with 5+ years of experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, and audit coordination. The role involves overseeing daily accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly and annual financial reports, managing cash flows, coordinating with auditors and banks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supervising the accounts team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
