Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the academic and administrative functioning of Classes 3–8
- Lead, manage, and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction
- Monitor lesson planning, classroom practices, and student progress
- Ensure implementation of curriculum standards and school policies
- Promote a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement
- Coordinate assessments, analyse results, and implement improvement plans
- Maintain effective communication with parents and stakeholders
- Respond to, and investigate where appropriate, parental concerns regarding the curriculum, standards of teaching and the academic management of pupils.
- Organise and supervise co-curricular and extracurricular activities
- Participate in whole-school planning and leadership initiatives
