- Ensure that provision are adequately booked in SAP on monthly basis
- Post bills based on 3 way matching
- Reconciliation of balances with vendors
- Ensure accurate withholding of income/sales taxes
- Any task assigned by Immediate Supervisor.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- B Com (Hons.), BBA (Finance), or equivalent with 0-1 Years of relevant experience
- Ability to act/work independently/high motivation/ability to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office
- Basic knowledge of SAP

Job Overview:

Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare and verify export and import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading/Airway Bills, Certificates of Origin, Insurance Certificates, Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoices, and Debit/Credit Notes.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Track shipment schedules and ensure timely submission of required documents to relevant parties.
- Prepare periodic reconciliation and analysis reports for management review.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Relevant experience in trade documentation and financial reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good Presentation & Communications Skill.
- Ability to work effectively with team.
