Incumbent should have proven 4-5 years PPC Experience with a reputed shoe or textile industry. Able to convert monthly production plan into weekly schedule, understand production capacities, work center wise weekly schedule issuance, capable to monitor schedule adherence, manufacturing resource planning, strong follow up skills, good spreadsheet skills and knowledge of ERP-Oracle.
