Role Summary
The BDM will drive international partnerships, student recruitment initiatives, and global collaborations to expand Superior University’s international presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage international partnerships and MoUs
Explore new markets for international student recruitment
Coordinate with foreign universities, agents, and partners
Support international admissions, exchange, and pathway programs
Represent the university in international fairs and events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/master’s in business, Marketing, or International Relations
2–3 years’ experience in business development or international education
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
