WE’RE HIRING Tax Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- File monthly and annual income tax and sales tax returns.
- Manage input/output tax reconciliations and ensure accuracy of tax GLs.
- Maintain tax documentation, exemption certificates and vendor compliance checks.
- Prepare income tax provisions.
- Support external audit and ensure accurate tax disclosures and reconciliations.
- Monitor tax ledgers including advance tax, WHT receivables, STR input and tax payable.
- Lead audits and liaise with external advisors.
- Develop SOPs for WHT and sales tax processes.
- Strengthen tax controls through ERP/system configurations.
- Conduct internal tax trainings for Finance, Procurement, and Sales teams.
Requirements:
- Required qualifications include CA (Inter), ACCA or MBA (Finance)
- 5–7 years of work experience in Pakistan taxation with reputable organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax Ordinance, Sales Tax Act and provincial tax laws.
- Excellent communication skills for drafting notices and replies.
- Strong attention to detail.
