QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree
EXPERIENCE: 5-7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production of short (60–120s) & medium-form (3–7 min) news/explainer videos.
- Pitch, script & produce stories across politics, economy, culture, and lifestyle.
- Guide field reporters on shoots, framing, and storytelling flow.
- Oversee post-production and ensure multi-platform optimization (YT, Reels, TikTok, FB).
- Manage & mentor a small team of editors and newsfluencers.
- Analyze performance data and experiment with new formats for higher reach & retention.
Key Competencies:
- Bachelor’s in Journalism/Media/Film with 5+ years in digital video; 2+ years team lead experience.
- Skilled in Adobe Premiere / Final Cut / After Effects and storytelling for short & medium formats.
- Deep knowledge of YouTube Studio, TikTok & IG Insights, SEO & analytics.
- Strong news sense, fact-checking discipline & brand-safe storytelling.
- Ability to coach producers, manage workflows, and align with cross-functional teams.
- Fast under pressure, trend-savvy, and adaptive to evolving social formats.
