Key Accountabilities
- Cost saving in relevant procurement orders.
- Vendor development and P2P cycle time reduction.
- Develop & implement effective reporting using ERP and assessment tools.
- To minimize risk and proactively identify problem areas.
- Vendor invoice management and GRN execution.
- Follow-up with procurement team for smooth custom clearance activities.
- Liaison with bank and relevant institutions for documentation of LCs and contracts & foreign payments.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- MBA / BBA Hons. with min. 1-2 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Competent procurement and logistics management.
- ERP system, SAP Ariba and MS office.
- Must have good communication and presentation skills.
- Effective leadership and stakeholders management skills.
- Problem solving and data analytics.

Key Accountabilities
- Plan, implement and evaluate CSR programs across key sectors, ensuring alignment with Packages Foundation’s strategic priorities.
- Conduct due diligence and compliance reviews of partner organizations, verifying legal, financial, and accreditation requirements.
- Monitor CSR fund utilization through audits, dashboards, and periodic impact assessments for management and board reporting.
- Evaluate cost-effectiveness, governance standards, and risk controls in CSR projects and partnerships.
- Promote transparency, employee engagement, and accountability in CSR operations, aligned with Internal Audit principles.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- BBA in Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CSR, community development, or non-profit management; internships & volunteer experience may be considered for exceptional graduates.
- Familiarity with Pakistan’s philanthropic regulations (Societies Act, FBR exemptions, Punjab Charities Commission).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse stakeholders and represent the Group professionally.
