Experience: Minimum of six years of experience in the field.

-Supervise teams and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
-Respond to customer queries promptly, maintaining excellent communication and support channels.
-Review and ensure alignment with issuance plans and shipment dates to uphold efficient operations.
-Approve invoices and purchase orders after thorough review and consideration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
-Prepare comprehensive costing sheets and seek approval from senior management.
-Oversee team activities, providing support and feedback as needed to ensure smooth order execution.
-Maintain weekly Time and Action plans, conducting team meetings to keep stakeholders updated on progress.
-Foster quality communication within the team, offering training, coaching, and feedback for staff development.

Position Title: Manager Production-Home Textile
Qualification: Graduation/Master’s
Experience: 06 to 10 Years
Location: Landhi, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
•Minimize OQL and reduce fabric/accessories wastage through process improvements.
•Review weekly production plans, align with customer pull, and escalate abnormalities to senior management.
•Implement VSM-wise assembly documents, cell/cell group structures, and operator deployment per style bulletins.
•Manage weekly manpower deployment (First Fill Rule), WIP targets, and overproduction control
•Communicate daily production targets, outputs, and priorities effectively across teams.
•Provide regular coaching, feedback, and mentoring to improve productivity and reduce defects.
•Attend PP meetings, implement customer product standards, and execute layered audits with corrective actions.
•Ensure compliance with Safety Absolutes, SOPs, and customer standards (Broken Needle Policy, Metal-Free Zones, Clear Aisle, CTQs).
•Track KPIs against CTQs, analyze variances, and report performance trends to senior management.
•Prepare and present weekly/monthly production reports highlighting targets, gaps, and improvement plans.
