Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain window displays, mannequins, and in-store layouts
- Ensure visual standards and brand guidelines are consistently applied across stores
- Collaborate with retail and marketing teams on seasonal launches and promotions
- Monitor sales trends and adjust displays to maximize product visibility and performance
- Train store teams on visual merchandising standards and guidelines
- Stay updated on fashion and retail display trends to bring fresh ideas
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Fashion, Design, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in fashion retail brand
- Strong styling sense with an eye for detail and creativity
- Proficiency in design/layout software (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar is a plus)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel between stores and work flexible hours during seasonal changes
