WE’RE HIRING HR Executive
We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team and play a key role in managing HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, people-oriented, and experienced in handling diverse HR functions. Qualification Required: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Experience Required: 3-4 Years experience. At least 1-2 years in similar capacity
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Oversee performance management systems and employee evaluations.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, compliance, and payroll coordination.
- Provide strategic HR support to management for workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
