DGM / Factory Manager – QA (Cut to Pack)
The role involves strategically overseeing end-to-end quality assurance processes from cutting to packaging. This includes analyzing reports to drive continuous improvement, resolving critical technical issues with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Implement and monitor DH-based inspection systems, lead weekly quality reviews, and maintain zero claims through proactive management. Additionally, the role includes spearheading quality drills, flagging systems, and advanced RCAPDCA corrective action plans to address buyer feedback effectively. The incumbent will provide leadership to quality teams, ensure compliance through in-depth inspections, audits, and oversee process enhancements to guarantee quality output, minimize rejections, before final shipment.
Qualification: Graduate or Masters’ degree in Textile Engineering Experience: 10-12 years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Location: Korangi Industrial Area Karachi, Pakistan
