We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant/Deputy Manager Quality to ensure our organization’s compliance with national and international regulatory requirements, manage supplier approvals and audits, and maintain quality management systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FSSC Ver 6, ISO 9001, HACCP, and other relevant standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supplier approvals, supplier audits, and national and international regulatory compliance
- Specification management – raw material & finished goods in regulatory and client technical requirement compliance
- HACCP plan development and improvements
- QMS documentation of FSSC Ver 6 in compliance with FSSC Ver 6 & ISO 9001. Methods, plan, and formats development
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to FSSC 22000, HALAL, and DRAP requirements
- FSSC Ver 6. Team Coordination
- Raw material testing, SAP releases, and trend analysis. Sample retention management
- Lab inventory management
- Supplier complaint handling
- External lab evaluation
- Internal and external audit handling, and action plan execution
- Conduct process line validation and line qualifications
- R&D trials handling and retention sample management
- Provide technical support during new product development from trial runs to product packaging
- Manage SAP system for the issuance of raw and packaging materials
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements. FSSC 22000 Ver 6.0 knowledge
- IS0 9001 Knowledge
- Halal certification knowledge
- Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems
- R&D involvement is an edge
