Fatima Group Jobs Plant Operator:
Fatima Group is hiring for Plant Operator at Plant Site Multan. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification: Fsc. Pre Engineering or Diploma 3 years in chemical
Experience: 10 – 15 years of experience of urea production with 5 years as panel operator urea plant
Location: Multan
Required Skills:
- Having sound technical knowledge of plant operations.
- Plant startup, shut Down & Trouble shooting skills.
- Efficient monitoring & controlling of Process control parameters. POS, MOS and Routine changeover of pumps, filters, compressor etc
- Understanding of Urea ESD system
- Excellent Communication with other interfaces like Shift supervisor, Field 6. Operators, Other plants panel operators & Site Coordination Engineer.
- Knowledge of SCD system & its defeat .
- Handover process plant and equipment for maintenance by applying specified isolations/venting.
- Maintain job place in a safe, clean and tidy condition by periodic housekeeping.
- Take part in Risk Assessment, trouble-shooting and fault-finding activities
