Job description:
- Analyze 4G/5G network performance and optimize (KPIs) to enhance overall network quality.
- Monitor KPI trends, diagnose performance degradation, and implement effective opt. strategies.
- KPI Optimization, Radio Network troubleshooting, parameter tuning, and performance improvement.
- Develop and implement network optimization strategies to improve service quality & business objectives.
- Benchmark Drive Test Log analysis and provide optimization solution.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in 4G/5G network optimization, with a strong understanding of Performance Improvement.
- Strong knowledge of LTE and 5G optimization, mobility strategy, capacity planning, and interference analysis.
- Proficiency in KPI analysis, parameter tuning, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with drive test tools (e.g., TEMS, NEMO, Probe) and post-processing tools.
- Advanced skills in Excel, data analytics, and report generation.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, VBA, SQL, etc.) for automation is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiar with ZTE OSS system and parameter.
