Duties & Responsibilities
- Supports all respective regional distributors in all daily routine issues related to system.
- Ensures updating of Secondary Sales on a daily basis.
- Ensures processing of all SnD claims and reconciles them.
- Ensures settlement of all pending claims at the time of separation of distributors.
- Collects all Itineraries timely and forward to Sales operation on a monthly basis.
- Collects, verifies and process all field force expenses on ERP on a monthly basis.
- Coordinates and supports Head office related teams on regional issues.
- Keeps and manages records regularly.
- Prepares documents at the time of distributor’s appointment and separation.
