YKK Technologies Jobs IT Officer:
We are looking for “IT Officer” for our factory located in Karachi Export Processing Zone, Landhi, Karachi.
The following are the requirements for this position:
- To Ensure proper operations, maintenance and troubleshooting of all IT Hardware & Software.
- To attend IT issues requests for technical assistance to end users.
- To install software and drivers.
- To monitor CCTV Camera Surveillance and NVR Server Management.
- To maintain & monitor Network HW’s for increasing the efficiency of systems.
- To follow-up IT SW Licenses, SLA & AMC, and update vendor’s records.
- To check physical ACL, Logical ACL & Server Room visitor log.
- To maintain Servers Capacity Indicators and update physical files.
- To change the Backups Tapes for File Server, Application Servers, and WINGS Server.
- To maintain & follow-up IT Assets Management, device errors, periodical tests, preventive maintenance and WPS to assure proper function of all IT Systems.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT with IT Certification from a HEC recognized university/institute.
Experience:2 to 3 year in relevant area.
Skills: MS Office, Email Correspondence, Interpersonal & Communication Skills ,Analytical skills, Troubleshooting skills, Computer applications installation ,Team work, Adaptability, Emotional intelligence ,Time Management and Follow up skills.
