YKK Technologies Jobs Admin Officer:

We are urgently looking for an “Admin Officer” for our General Administration Department.
This position will be based at our factory located at Karachi Export Processing Zone, Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi.

The following are the requirements for this position:

  1. To supervise, monitor, and coordinate all matters of the staff.
  2. To look after and manage the overall company office floor through staff.
  3. To arrange for admin-related repair and maintenance of the factory and offices.
  4. To handle all administrative procurement and keep track of inventory levels.
  5. To handle general administrative cash amounts and maintain related records.
  6. To arrange uniforms for confirmed employees on an annual basis.
  7. To supervise and monitor all of the company drivers’ duties.
  8. To make a purchase requisition as per requirement and follow up with the purchase section.

Qualifications: Must be a graduate, preferably with a B.Com.

Experience: 2 to 3 years in a relevant field.
